Bayview Contracting began this project in the Fall of 2019. The deck renovation was essentially completed throughout the Winter, with minor finishing coming in Spring 2020.

In order to accommodate our client's vision, we carefully took apart the existing deck including all boards and parts of the structure. We reframed and strengthened the pressure treated base of the deck and covered it with locally cut, planed, and kiln-dried cedar supplied by Howie's Saw Inc. We finished half the deck with decorative black spindles and the other half with topless glass framing supplied by InvisiRail™ Glass Rail Systems. Overall, we were extremely happy with the outcome and proud of our versatility when it comes to custom projects.
